Rick began his remarkable 43 year basketball coaching career in 1979 and has been the head coach at Mesa Dobson High since 1984.  His teams have played over 1,000 games, have a winning percentage over of 60%, and won eight Regional Titles. He was named All Region Coach of the Year seven times by the AIA and Mesa Tribune.
