Ron Davini has had an extraordinary career in baseball as a player and a coach. Ron played his high school baseball in Anaheim, CA. He went to Arizona State University, and, as a Sun Devil led his team to the NCAA baseball National Championship in 1967. Davini was selected as the "Most Valuable Player in the College World Series" and the "College Player of the Year" during that title run. Coach Davini has also been honored at his school as the "Teacher of the Year" in 1991 and was featured as one of USA's top 60 best teachers in a Disney production. Davini has coached successfully many times for Team USA and his teams have won various medals around the world. Davini is also a member of the Arizona Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, a past president of the National Baseball Coaches Association, and is currently the Executive Director of the National Baseball Coaches Association. Coachd Davini worked in the Tempe School District for 34 years and at Corona Del Sol for 28 years. The 1993 Corona baseball team was the 5A State Champion. Ron was selected the Baseball Coach of the Year by the National High School Athletic Coaches Association in 2005
