Mike began his incredible 40 year career as head baseball coach at Bisbee High School in 1974. His teams were Regional Champions nine times, State Runners-up in 1992 and State Champions three times. He was named 2A State Coach of the year by the AIA three times and also honored as Region Coach of the Year three times.
